Clorox Wipes
Simple, yet effective. I’ve always been a little bit of a germaphobe but post-covid I’ve noticed I have gotten a little worse. They are easy to carry, wipe off the air plane seat, wipe down the hotel room, just makes me feel a little better. Clorox Travel Wipes
Portable Charger
I’m a little paranoid relying on my phone battery while exploring new cities. I like to take a lot of photos and look up the best restaurants and that drains my phone battery. I have a re-occuring fear I’ll be stranded and not be able to call a Uber so just for my own piece of mind I always carry a portable charger with me.
Fanny Pack
Always. I always wear one. Call me old-fashioned but they are just handy. The one I have has a main pocket, two front pockets and a hidden zipper pocket in the back. Hands free exploring is way easier than struggling to keep a bag on my shoulder the whole day we are traveling. I usually wear a hoodie and will cover the fanny with it, makes me feel like its harder to steal or be pick pocketed. This is the one I found on Amazon and it has traveled the U.S. with me! Headphones / Ear Plugs
Definitely a must, also not one of those things that takes up alot of space and can bring you a little peace on your retreat. Most times if you forget headphones airlines provide them for free or a small fee. These Wireless Earbuds are the ones I use
Luggage Tracking Tabs
I love these, definitely keeps your mind at ease knowing where your belongings are at all times. I travel with them in all my luggage bags as well as my purse. I use these Samsung Galaxy Smart tabs but if you don’t have an android there are others out there!
